Christmas 2014

It all started with Lincoln getting sick. We started off the day as usual but when Lincoln didn't want to play and passed out, while cuddling, twice, I realized something was off. His temperature was up and appetite was small.

After a couple of days of high fever and a no energy he got a strange rash all over his body. Come to find out he had Roseola! There wast much we could do for him except tylenols for the fever and let him fight it off. His rash formed into little bumps everywhere, even on his hands and feet.
AND since this guy is an avid thumb sucker, he aggravated the bumps on his thumb into three big blisters. After they popped we kept wrapping them in a bandaid and tape, but of course he only wanted to pick that off. So we were forced to put a glove on and duck tape it to his shirt haha! He attempted sucking his other thumb and then sucking the glove out of desperation. Poor guy wasn't a fan...

Christmas Eve we were able to visit with kens parents

Unlike last year, Lincoln was interested in opening all of his presents! Christmas will never be the same for us ever again!

Christmas morning we were able to visit my parents and again Lincoln opened more gifts.

Shortly after, he fell into my parents pool... Luckily Ken was standing right there and immediately pulled him out! Apparently, Lincoln just walked right into the freezing waters like it was totally normal. He obviously regretted his curiosity.

That night we all went on a ride in my dads trailer to look at Christmas lights! My favorite new tradition! It was freezing but fun, and a little nerve wracking when Lincoln insisted on standing up in the front all by himself.

Over the last few months we've noticed Lincolns huge personality coming out more and more. We've come to find that he is a little "ham" that loves everyones attention. When we were taking family photos on the last night Lincoln was eating up the reaction he got out of everyone when sticking his finger in his nose.
